Founder’s Associate – Business, Product & Growth (Full-Time)

Your Role

This is a generalist role with real impact. You’ll work directly with the founders and cover everything from:

• Talking to customers and managing relationships

• Shaping product direction based on real-world feedback

• Supporting sales, outreach, and storytelling

• Keeping internal operations and external partnerships running smoothly

• Helping with marketing, decks, logistics, and overall strategy

What You Bring (Hard Skills)

✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ A bias for action, structure, and ownership

✔️ Curiosity for tech, infrastructure, and how things work

✔️ Ability to learn fast and adapt to different challenges

Nice to Have

➕ Experience in early-stage startups, product, UX, business strategy, or operations

Hardware Engineer (Full-Time)

Your Role
• Design and prototype mechanical and electronic components for autonomous drones
• Develop battery and power electronics systems
• Work on embedded microcontrollers and support drone manufacturing

What You Bring (Hard Skills)
✔️ Experience with CAD, prototyping, or mechanical design
✔️ Familiarity with PCB design, battery systems, or power electronics
✔️ Experience with embedded microcontrollers or related hardware

Nice to Have
➕ Experience with drone development or UAV hardware
➕ Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping and field testing

Software Engineer (Full-Time)

Your Role
• Develop software for autonomous navigation, SLAM, and real-time control
• Work with ROS2, PX4, and C++ to enable fully autonomous drone operation
• Process point cloud data for obstacle avoidance and powerline detection

What You Bring (Hard Skills)
✔️ Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python
✔️ Experience with robotics, navigation, or real-time systems
✔️ Background in computer vision, SLAM, or sensor fusion

Nice to Have
➕ Familiarity with PX4, ROS2, or embedded AI applications
➕ Experience with cloud-based data processing and visualization
