Your Role
We’re moving from prototypes to our first production runs as we help modernize Europe’s power grid. You’ll set up the build process, test rigs, and quality checks that make our hardware reliable and repeatable.
You’ll be the bridge between design and production, ensuring every system we ship is something utilities can rely on in the field. As we scale, this role can grow into leading supply chain and manufacturing.
How you succeed
- Set up and manage the build process for our first hardware batches.
- Develop assembly methods, test rigs, and documentation.
- Work with suppliers, order and track components, and ensure quality.
- Support field testing and validation of hardware systems.

Hard Requirements
- Already in or willing to relocate to Munich.
- Valid EU residence permit.
- Strong English (C1 or higher).
